ALL INFORMATION

TRAVEL

All hunters travelling by air will fly into Saskatoon International Airport. From there you can rent a truck from one of the rental companies at the airport. Then travel north to the lodge (directions will be given once booked). If you wish to hire South Bay Outfitters to pick up and drop off at the airport that can be discussed. 

Over night accommodations in Saskatoon are the responsibility of the hunter if they wish to do so. There are several hotels within 5 mins from the airport. 

PREPARING YOUR TROPHY

South Bay Outfitters skins your trophy for you. If your taxidermist has a certain way he would like to have it done please have that info ready for the skinners. Once it is skinned it is placed in one of our freezers. 

You have your choice of using a local taxidermist for your trophy (please have the arranged prior to your arrival) or you can bring a cooler to transport your frozen hide back home with you. If you choose to take the hide home with you, all risks and additional fees are the client’s responsibility. 

BEAR HUNT DATES
Hunts run from mid May to end of June. All hunts are Sunday to Sunday. 

HUNT COST
$3250 USD plus tax and license 

Observers are welcome 

$1300 USD per person

(All prices are in USD funds) 

DEPOSIT

A $1000 deposit is required to hold dates 

Half paid by Jan 1 of the year you are booked for and remaining paid 60 days prior to your arrival.

LICENSES

All licenses and tags will be ready for you upon arrival to camp

INCLUDED

All lodging, food and beverages while in camp. (Note: there is no alcohol provided at the lodge. If clients would like they can bring there own and consume in moderation). Professional guides, stands and skinning.

REFUNDS 

All deposits and balances are non-refundable. We will do our best to reschedule your hunt or you can send another hunter in your place.
